• What is your service area?
  

We are based in Middlesex, NY. However we make many trips out to Canandaigua and around Canandaigua Lake. We mostly try to stick to Canandaigua, Hopewell, Gorham, Rushville, Middlesex, Italy, Naples, Bristol and Cheshire. If you don't see your area listed, please call us, we might still service that area. 

• How close to my pool does the truck have to be?
  

We carry many hoses onboard for different applications. We prefer not to drive onto your lawn as the truck is very heavy and issues can arise with this. So we come prepared with 200-300 feet of hose to reach. If you think the pool is further then this from your driveway, please call us so we can discuss options.

• What are your hours of operation?
  

We have a fairly open service schedule, and can usually accommodate any special scheduling requests.

• Do you only fill pools?
  

No, we haul water for many different applications, hot tubs, bulk tanks, small landscape ponds, and special events.

• What forms of payment do you take?
  

Cash, good check and credit cards.

• Do you do water delivery is the winter?
  

At this time we do not do delivery in the winter.
